As a coach, I guide you to become more in control of your life. The starting point is often a question about the working part of your life. You may no longer trust your internal compass or need to say goodbye to beliefs that have been holding you back. During the sessions, we tap into your potential so you can use it to full effect. I regularly use exercises and models from Transactional Analysis, Neurolinguistic Programming and Voice Dialogue. On an equal footing, we work on your future.
What does a process look like?
- You get in touch by email or phone for an introductory meeting.
- Introduction, live or online: exploration of your coaching question and my approach.
- Intake interview: determining your goals and agreeing on a methodology.
- About five coaching sessions of 1.5 hours with conversations, exercises and homework.
- Out-take conversation: reflecting on the trajectory and agreeing how you will continue.
On-demand coaching is also possible; we can discuss this during the intake.
What are my rates?
The starting point is an hourly rate of €75 per hour, excluding 21% VAT. If you pay for the process yourself and do not have the means, we will find a solution.
Where does the coaching take place?
Coaching preferably takes place in Amsterdam (Centrum), or on request in Almere, Haarlem or Utrecht.
