The power of culture

For the past 25 years, as director of various international cultural organisations, I enjoyed the privilege of setting up collaborations with artists, cultural organisations, creative industry, governments and civil society. Time and again, I was captured by the power of this international cooperation. Where political differences, economic competition and global conflicts drove people apart, cultural cooperation produced recognition, understanding and depth. These years of dedication and my expertise in strategic management enabled me to develop and implement successful strategies for cultural organisations and governments worldwide.

Independent consultant in the cultural sector

Since 2023 I have worked as an independent consultant, sharing my experience internationally, nationally and locally. I advise management teams on organisational development, governance and fair pay, and work with organisations including Ro3kvit, ELIA, FUTURES Photography, Amerpodia and LeineRoebana.
